NOTICE TO CLIENTS

Government Carbon Tax Levy

We have been advised that a Carbon Tax fee will soon be introduced for all containers coming out of and into all Australian
ports.

This new surcharge will be applicable from a sailing date of 1st
July 2012.

Tariff rates and service contracts will be increased by the following amounts:

AUD$1.10/20' Equipment (incl GST)
AUD$1.10/40' Equipment (incl GST)

The policy of SOS being when such increases occur they are passed on to our clients at cost. Please take note for all future costings and budgeting purposes.
