General Rate Increase - South East Asia To Australia Trade GENERAL RATE INCREASE
We have been advised by carriers servicing the Trade ex South East Asia to Australia an implementation of a General Rate Increase (GRI).
Effective 10th June, 2012 a GRI will be applied to all cargo moving from South East Asia to Australia.
Tariff rates and service contracts will be increased by the following amounts:
US$500/20' Equipment
US$1000/40' Equipment
The policy of SOS being when such increases occur they are passed on to our clients at cost. Please take note for all future costings and budgeting purposes.
