Bunker Adjustment Factor
The latest review of bunker fuel prices has resulted in a decrease to the Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) applied to all cargo ex North East Asia – Australia services.
The BAF will change to US$ 675.00 per TEU on Southbound cargo effective 16th June, 2012 for Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan on the basis of B/L (Bill
of Lading) dates.
The policy of SOS being when such increases occur they are passed on to our clients at cost. Please take note for all future costings and budgeting purposes.
