Australia to New Zealand Trade

General Rate Increase (GRI) Notice

We have been advised by the carriers servicing the Australia to New Zealand Trade of a General Rate Increase. In order to maintain a high standard of service to a
“General Rate Increase” (GRI) will be introduced on all Trans Tasman East Bound Trade for export shipments from Australia to New Zealand.

The General Rate Increase will be USD125 per 20’ and USD175 per 40’ effective 01 August, 2012 on the basis of B/L (Bill of Lading) date.

The policy of SOS being when such increases occur they are passed on to our clients at cost. Please take note for all future costings and budgeting purposes.
